Doggie Daycamp

Doggie Daycamp provides your canine family members with supervised activities for a fun filled day away from home.

How often do pets go to daycamp?

Anywhere from 5 days a week for full time working people, to three half-days a week to expend energy, to once a week as an extra reward for a good dog.

What if my dog isn't accepted into the camp group or I don't want my dog socializing with other dogs?

We still have individual campers who utilize the play yard periodically while day campers are occupied elsewhere. This may be at a slightly higher rate.

Will my dog ever rest?

Campers are given time-outs if they appear to be overplaying. We find that by the end of the day, most of our campers tend to go home and sleep.

What if there is inclement weather?

In the summer of 2008, TLC added a new indoor daycare/training area. Dogs use this inside area as needed during inclement weather and, sometimes, just for a change! There are 2 large inside play areas with toys and plenty of room to romp!

Who utilizes doggie daycamp?

• Pets whose people work and don't want to leave them alone all day.
• Pets who enjoy canine companionship.
• Pets who need more exercise than is allowable at home.
• Pets whose people want to take occasional day trips.
• Pets who are boarding and want a little something extra.

Will you give my dog food and water while he is there?

Campers have access to fresh water at all times. Food can be given upon request, but many dogs are too occupied to eat while they are playing. If they are fed, they are separated from others during the meal. Doggie treats are given periodically throughout the day unless otherwise requested.
